Hi, I’m Farhad Asif — a WordPress Developer & Technical Support Engineer with over 8 years of experience in WordPress development, technical support, troubleshooting, and website management.

Most recently, I spent six months at WPMU DEV as a WordPress Support Specialist, providing technical support through live chat and tickets. I worked on a wide range of real-world issues, including plugin conflicts, hosting and server problems, migrations, malware, security, errors, and website performance in a fast-paced remote environment.

Before that, I spent two years at Elegant Themes, supporting Divi and WordPress customers through live chat. I handled 30–35 conversations daily and regularly worked with custom CSS, jQuery, and PHP hooks to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Alongside my support experience, I’ve spent years developing WordPress websites, products, and themes from the ground up.
